David A. Jacobsen, P.E., PrincipalResume

Dave joined Amory Engineers in 1975 and has 46 years of experience in water system evaluations, design and construction oversight of water supply, treatment, distribution and storage facilities, including preparation of water resources and distribution system master plans, supply evaluation and development, water facilities design, water treatment and hydraulic analyses including computer modeling.

Richard S. Johnson, P.E., PrincipalResume

Rich joined Amory Engineers in 1983 and has 28 years in the field of water resource and land use projects. He has served as project manager for water system investigations, reports, design and construction of various water resource and land use projects including water resources and distribution system evaluation, reservoir yield and groundwater and hydraulic modeling, design and construction of distribution systems, supply evaluation and development, water treatment facilities, dam rehabilitation, environmental permitting, grant application preparation and bridge replacement.

Pat joined Amory Engineers in 2000 and has 17 years experience including land use design, plan review, construction supervision and inspection, environmental permitting, sewer, water and drainage system evaluation, design and construction administration, runoff analysis and design of stormwater management systems and review of subdivision definitive plans, commercial site plans and construction.

Ryan joined Amory Engineers in 2002 and has 9 years experience primarily in the design and construction of water resource facilities. His experience includes distribution system and groundwater modeling, construction supervision, plan review and construction inspection, environmental permitting, water and drainage system evaluation and field surveys.

Alex joined Amory Engineers upon graduation from Northeastern University in 2010. His role with Amory Engineers includes survey, design and construction of water distribution systems. He assists the staff on various projects including water resource and distribution system evaluations.
